Meet the Lead Team

Craig S. Redler (Trustee)

Craig has held positions with several prestigious international law firms, both as an experienced litigator, and later serving as Trustee for off-shore trusts settled by high net-worth clients, with structures throughout various countries in Europe and Asia and the Cook Islands. Craig is an internationally recognized estate planning, tax planning and trust administration attorney.

Redler has also served as a Legislative Assistant to the Honorable Richard A. Gephardt, Majority Leader, U.S. House of Representatives, and was Systems Engineer for EDS/GM in Detroit Michigan, in addition to being a talk-radio host. He earned his B.S./B.A degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia and his J.D. degree from the Washington University School of Law.

He has earned the prestigious designation of Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) from the Society of Trust and Estate Planners (STEP) where he serves on the Board of Directors for the Orange County California chapter.

Mark Nathanson (CPA/Trust Administrator)

Mark Nathanson earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has been in public accounting for over 35 years. Mark serves as a tax strategist and advisor to primarily high-net-worth individuals, along with trusts and business entities, including corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.

He has extensive experience in Tax Planning and Compliance and has maintained many long-term relationships with clients. Mark enjoys working with clients to better position themselves within a complicated tax code.

Additionally, he serves as an outsourced Chief Financial Officer to small to middle-market companies nationally to provide analysis and guidance through the financial reporting process, improving cash flows and other efficiency matters.

When Mark is not at work, he likes exercising, yoga, and other sports activities. He spends time with family and works with various charitable organizations in his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri.

Kevin Brunner (Principal)

Kevin Brunner is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in financial services. He has a special focus on doctors and business owners, and has spent over 30 years consulting businesses from startups to turnarounds. His philosophy is that retirement is about income, not assets, because not all assets return the same income.

Kevin was featured as an advisor in Forbes magazine in 2015 and leads a team of professionals, CPAs, and attorneys trained in the principles and strategies of retirement income planning, business planning, wealth preservation, and asset protection.

His goal is to share the blessings he's received, including amazing experiences from visiting 47 countries and counting, learning from tremendous mentors in life and business, and the generosity he's experienced. He was born an orphan, adopted by a loving and generous family, and feels blessed with more than he deserves. He prays to live long enough to give back even a portion of what he has received.

Michael Burwick (Tax Attorney)

Michael is a published author and peer reviewed subject matter expert, with 28 years in private practice focusing on Tax, Securities & Corporate Law. A graduate of George Washington University and Boston University, and then Georgetown University with Juris Doctor, cum laude, Dean's List Honors, an additional Master of Tax Laws (LL.M.), and a Masters in Securities Law and Financial Regulation. He specializes in tax planning, including the creation and administration of trusts. Michael's focus in saving taxes and preserving wealth through techniques such as Installment Sale Trusts. Michael hails from Boston, Massachusetts.


With nearly 30 years of expertise in corporate, tax and securities law, Mr. Burwick specializes in tax deferral, mitigation, and minimization.

Trevor LaParl, COO

Trevor is a dynamic professional with extensive knowledge in Installment Sales and Financial Planning. Based in Orange, California, Trevor is deeply committed to applying his knowledge and skills to help more asset owners exit with the highest tax advantages.

His journey in the professional world has seen him lead multiple teams in devising strategies aimed at bolstering various companies, especially in the financial services space.

Nathan Partch, CMO

Nathan (Nate) is on a mission to create business partnerships that bring unparalleled client value. His focus is the financial services industry, where he discovered his passion. This led him to develop a partnership-based system tailored for financial companies and commercial brokers.

Nathan is not just about business; he's also actively involved in social media and video editing, helping produce the "TheTaxHax" podcast. From insurance to real estate to marketing, Nathan's diverse experience speaks volumes about the importance of continuous learning and adaptation in today's dynamic business world.
